At Concrete Collaborative, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our architectural surfaces and want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return window for standard stocked items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Carefully repackage the unused tiles or slabs in their original crates or packaging to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Logistics

  Ship the items back to our warehouse using a freight carrier of your choice; please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for damage and confirms they are in resalable condition, a refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee.
